| 摘 要： | 当今,辅导员工作和思想政治教育工作是大学生思想政治教育的主场地，但又面临了极为尴尬的局面。如何寻求辅导员工作和思想政治教育工作的契合点。让辅导员工作“课程化”，是高校辅导员工作和思想政治教育工作的双赢决策。然而，要使辅导员工作“课程化”，必须做到：重塑思想观，贯彻落实相关制度；严把入口关，确保人才引进质量；更新教育观，改革现行的教学模式．培养出适应社会发展的学生和员工．

| Abstract: | Today, the counselors＇ work and ideological and political education is the main place of the ideological and political e- ducation of college students, but the status quo was a very embarrassing situation. How to seek a meeting point between counselor work and ideological and political education work, and make it a curriculum is a win-win decision-making of college counselor work and the ideological and political education work. This paper discusses how to make counselor work a curriculum from several aspects. |
