| 摘 要： | 随着经济的高速发展．信用卡诈骗犯罪日趋增多，新型犯罪手段不断出现．增加了信用卡持卡人和银行的金融风险。文中针对信用卡诈骗罪相关问题的争议进行讨论，在前人理论研究的基础上．从司法实践中的经验出发．提出了自己的见解。

It raises the finance risk of the credit card holders and the bank.
