运动状态下血液生化指标的变化与细胞凋亡的实验研究

摘    要:通过对运动性疲劳后血液生化指标及细胞凋亡的研究,寻找评定运动性疲劳与恢复的可行性指标,为促进恢复,减少运动性损伤的发生提供理论依据.结果表明,游泳训练后血淋巴细胞Ca2+浓度12d、18d组非常显著的高于对照组水平,P<0.01.血淋巴细胞18d组凋亡细胞比例最高,其次是6d组,P<0.01.6d、12d 组SOD活性显著下降,P<0.01,18d组SOD活性基本恢复到对照组水平.训练组MDA数量均显著高于对照组水平,P<0.01,12d组最高,18d组下降,各训练组之间无显著性差异.结论 Ca2+浓度升高是细胞发生凋亡的诱因, SOD/MDA比值变化可能是决定细胞发生凋亡还是坏死的关键,细胞凋亡是评定运动性疲劳与恢复的可行性指标.

Abstract:In order to find the feasible indexes for evaluating sports fatigue and recovery the blood biochemical indexes and cell withering after sports fatigue occurred were studied so as to provide theoretical gist for the promotion of recovery and decrease sports injuries. It was indicated that after swimming training the Ca 2+ concentration in blood lymphocytes of the 12d and 18d groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The proportion of cell withering in blood lymphocytes of the 18d group was the highest. The 6d group was next (P<0.01). The SOD activities significantly decreased in the 6d and the 12 d group (P<0.01). In the 18d group the SOD activities came back to the level of the control group. The amount of MDA in the training group was remarkably higher than in the control group (P<0.01). The 12d group was the highest. The 18d group decreased. There was no significant difference among the training groups. It was concluded that the increase of Ca 2+ concentration is the inducement of cell withering. The change of SOD/MDA is probably the key to determine the withering or necrosis of cells. Cell withering is the feasible index for evaluating sports fatigue and recovery.
