| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志总结历史经验,针对建设有中国特色社会主义的新形势、新任务,提出了新的“任人唯贤”的人才思想。在《邓小平文选》第三卷中几乎用1/3以上篇幅讲人才问题,阐述他的人才思想。邓小平的人才思想是马克思主义人才观在当代中国社会条件下的具体运用与发展,对建设有中国特色社会主义具有深远的战略意义。

| Abstract: | Having summed up the historical experience and in accordance with the new situation and new tasks in building the socialism with the Chinese characteristics, Comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward the talents thought of appointing people according to their ability and political integrity which occupy nearly one third of the articles in " Deng Xiaoping Selected Works Volume Three ". Deng Xiaoping's talents thought is the concrete application and development of the Marxism personnel outlook under the modern China social conditions and has the far-reaching strategic significance for building the socialism with the Chinese characteristics. |
