| 摘 要： | 基于县际投资环境比较原理，综述了县域投资环境相对评价的指标选取与设置原则、方法及其体系构建，分析了指标性状特征并定义了相应的模糊测度或变换的方法，探讨了定量评价模型，为分析县域投资环境空间差异规律及投资环境优化提供依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison of the county investment environment, this paper summarizes the choosing and the setting principles,method and the system establishment of the relative evaluation index of the county investment environment, analyses the characteristics of the index and defines the relevant fuzzy measure or transformation method, discusses the quantitative evaluation model,which will provide a basis for further research on the spatial difference law and the optimization of the investment environment. |
