| Abstract: | The new demands have been put before service work of scientific and technological archive in colleges and universities according to times development,the goals on innovation of service mechanisms of scientific and technological archive in colleges and universities in the new century are analyzed,the important measures for realizing goals are submitted,that are rich resources in archives,high quality troops and development & use work keeping abreast of the situation,a systematic exposition is made on these measures. |
