| 摘 要： | 质量是学位与研究生教育的生命线，研究生质量保障体系是保障和提高研究生教育质量的基础和根本。针对研究生培养的关键环节，在控制论指导下，从研究生生源选拔开始进行“超前式”前馈控制，对培养过程进行“试点化”实时控制，并通过“预输出”方式实现研究生输出质量的反馈控制，从整体、宏观的角度保证研究生质量保障体系的控制效果，全面提高研究生的培养质量。

| Abstract: | Quality is the lifeline of degree programs and graduate training, and a quality assurance system is the basis for maintaining and enhancing the quality of graduate education. A case study is reported about the cybernetics-based graduate quality assurance system that has enabled SWJTU to achieve an overall higb. quahty in its graduate education, specifically through proactive control of the student selection process, pinpointed real-time control of the training process, and feedback control of the graduate output quality. |
