| 摘 要： | 从空间上看，研究生教育结构可以分为宏观结构与微观结构，微观结构侧重于从研究生培养质量的角度分析研究生教育内部相关要素的组合比例关系。本文界定了研究生教育微观结构概念及要素，从课程结构、导师结构与组织结构三个方面分析了微观结构对研究生培养质量的影响，分别指出研究生教育微观结构三个子结构存在的问题，并针对问题提出了相应的优化方案。

| Abstract: | The structure of postgraduate education may be divided into a macrocosmic and a microcosmic level. The latter governs the relationship of various elements in postgraduate education in terms of training quality. A study is made on the concepts and elements of the microcosmic structure of postgraduate education, with a focus on the effects of the curriculum, supervision system and organization framework. Recommendations are offered for the optimization of the structure in response to existing problems. |
