| 摘 要： | 通过对八极拳“两仪桩”的解剖学,力学分析结果发现：八极拳“两仪桩”合理的动法站式。从解剖学上看髋固定,膝,踝关节伸（背曲）时,构成膝部内撑,外紧,上松,下紧的合理动法站式。从力学观点：脚踏清泉,构成了较大的矩形支持面,头顶蓝天使身体重心落在支撑面的中心上,怀抱婴儿,两肘顶山的动作,构成了松面不懈,紧而不僵的站桩结构,从而为八极拳经久不衰蜚声国内外,提供了科学的合理的动作依据。

| Abstract: | The article is ahout the analysis of the Anatomy and Mechanics in Eight Poles Boxing "Double Gesture Standing". Through the analysis, we can draw these conclusions; The rational movement and sanding in Eight Poles Boxing "Double Gesrture Standing"; (1) In Anatomy, hipbone fix, when the knee and ankle joints stretch(the back bend), it makes up the rational standing of the knees, expanding inside, tight outside, the upside relaxing, the downside tight. (2) In mechanics: "Foot Standing an Clear Spring"makes the gravity of the body falling to the center of the suppoting surface. As "Carrying a Baby in the Arms" last for long times and "well-know all over the world" and it has become the basis of scientific and rational movements. |
