| 摘 要： | 面对外资银行的竞争，首先要对中国国内商业银行的经营业绩有一个客观的认识。通过对一家国内商业银行——交通银行和一家国外银行——美洲银行的经营业绩进行对比分析，找出国内外银行的差距，并提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | In face of the competitiveness from foreign banks, it is essential to have an external understanding to the business achievement of domestic banks. Selecting one of the domestic banks-Communication bank and Bank of America as the representatives, It is hoped that some differences may be found through the analysis and at the same time it can give some suggestions to the banks in China. |
