| 摘 要： | 提高网络信息资源质量配置效率的前提条件有:优化信息环境,促使经济福利最大化;了解并满足用户需求;提供高质量信息供给量;需求、供给与环境的统一。DES模型是通过需求、环境供给之间的互动关系来描述特定资源配置状况的,D、E、S三域相交部分包含了现实资源配置类型,DES面积越大,资源配置效率越高。通过加强对DES模型中环境、需求、供给因素的分析研究,可提高信息生产传播的质量配置效率。图8。参考文献14。

| Abstract: | The premises to improve the quality allocation efficiency of network information resources include:optimizing information environment and maximizing economic benefits,knowing and satisfying user's demands,providing high-quality information supply,and integrating demand,supply and environment.The DES(Demand-Environment-Supply)model is to describe specific resource allocation conditions through the dynamic relationship among demand,environment and supply.By improving the analysis of the three elements in the DES model,we can raise the quality allocation efficiency of information production and distribution.8 figs.14 refs. |
