| 摘 要： | “中部堀起”是继“优先发展东部”、“西部大开发”和“振兴东北”之后的又一战略。中部崛起战略有它的必然性。中部崛起是一个过程,不能一蹴而就。中部的情况不同于东部、西部和东北,中部崛起必须选择适合自己的有特色的道路。
