| 摘 要： | 我国体育产业在政府驱动的发展模式下实现快速增长,但依然存在产业有效供给不足、市场体系不完善、扶持政策落实不到位等问题。体育产业发展中要实现市场作用和政府作用的有机统一,不仅要构建有效市场,发挥市场在体育产业资源配置中的决定性作用,还要打造有为政府,发挥政府在体育产业发展环境塑造中的积极作用。通过营造公开透明的信息环境、构建全面开放的市场格局、加强体育市场监管,构建有效市场,提升产业资源的配置效率;通过强化政策要素供给、增加场地设施供给、激活大众体育需求,打造有为政府,夯实体育产业的发展根基。

| Abstract: | China′s sports industry has achieved rapid growth under the government-driven development model.However,there are still problems such as insufficient industrial effective supply,market systems to be improved,and inadequate implementation of supporting policies.To realize the organic unity of market and government in the development of the sports industry,it is necessary not only to create an effective market,to play the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources in the sports industry,but also to build a promising government and play a role in shaping the development environment of the sports industry positive effects.By creating an open and transparent information environment,constructing a fully open market structure,and strengthening the supervision of the sports market,we may able to build an effective market and improve the efficiency of industrial resource allocation.By strengthening the supply of policy elements,increasing the supply of venues and facilities,and activating the demand for mass sports,we may able to to build a promising government and consolidate the foundation for the development of the sports industry. |
