论思维特质的培养与教学变革

摘    要:思维特质是对某种智慧行为模式的倾向和意愿,是20世纪90年代以来学生思维培养的新趋势。思维特质的研究有利于对传统思维教学进行重新思考,开辟教学改革新途径,促进学生思维品质发展与提高。思维特质的培养应从以下几个方面着手:改变教师观念.建立新型教学文化;建立新的教学模式,调动学生思维积极性;增强学习情境的真实性.寻求思维特质培养的突破口。

Abstract:Thinking character is the trend and wish of the behavior mode of some kind of wisdom, which represents the new tendency of students' thinking cultivation since 1990th. Research on the thinking character is helpful for us to review the traditional way of teaching on thinking and explore a new approach to teaching reform to promote the development and improvement of students' thinking character. The cultivation of students' thinking character should focus on the follow respects: changing teachers' philosophy, setting up a new style of teaching culture, building a new teaching model, activating the enthusiasm of students' thinking, increasing the authenticity of learning situation, seeking the breach in the cultivation of thinking character.
