微波辐射相转移催化合成对甲苯基苄基醚

摘    要:以水-95%乙醇为溶剂,以氯化苄和对甲苯酚为原料,在相转移催化作用下,利用微波辐射合成对甲苯基苄基醚。实验表明,对甲苯酚、氯化苄、氢氧化钠的摩尔比为1:1.1:1.1,400W下微波辐射反应6min。对甲苯基苄基醚的产率为96.21%。

Abstract:The p-tolyl benzyl ether was synthesized by reaction of p-cresol and benzyl chloride in H2O-95% ethanol as solvent by phase transfer catalysis under microwave irradiation.The proper technological conditions were identified as follows: n(p-cresol) : n(benzyl chloride) : n(sodium hydroxide)= 1:1.1:1.1,microwave power 400 W and microwave irradiation time 6 min.The average yield of p-tolyl benzyl ether achieves 96.21%.
