| 摘 要： | 全面推行一事一议财政奖补制度应协调好同农村社区化改造的关系,协调好同其他支农项目建设的关系,协调好政府引导、农民参与和社会支持的关系,协调好同村民自治的关系,建立农户会议议事制度,讨论决定建设项目。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive implementation of the Yishiyiyi finance allowance system should be coordinated with rural community transformation.The strategy should adjust with other agricultural assistance project.The Yishiyiyi should also concern the relationship among government guidance,farmers’ participation and social support.At last it coordinate the relationship with rural people’s autonomy,establish peasant meeting to discuss self-government decision c,such as construction project. |
