| 摘 要： | 台州学者大多把台州文化精神归结为“硬气”和“灵气”，并把二者看成是打造台州股份合作经济的文化动因。这种观点是不准确的。从台州文化的结构看，“和气”即“和合之气”更能反映台州文化的基本精神。佛教天台宗、道教南宗、台州儒学以及台州人的民间文化和饮食文化等无不表征着和合精神，而股份合作经济的制度创新，正是和合精神在经济领域中的体现，“和气”才是台州股份合作经济产生的文化动因。

| Abstract: | Lots of scholars regard the cultural spirits in Taizhou as adamancy and intellectuality which are considered as the cultural causes of joint-stock cooperative economy in Taizhou.This viewpoint is not correct.From the Taizhou culture structure,harmony is the basic spirit of Taizhou spirits,which is revealed in Tiantai Buddhism,Nan school in Daoism,Taizhou Confucianism as well as Taizhou folk culture and food culture.The innovation of joint-stock cooperative economy is the results of harmonious spirit in economy which is the true cultural motivation for the creation of joint-stock cooperative economy. |
