| Abstract: | Acetic acid is a kind of common organic acid in high school chemistry study,which is also the basis of vinegar.The paper used the methods of experiment and consulting materials to help students profoundly understand about the vinegar and the close relations between chemistry and our daily life and therefore to improve the students' scientific attainment through the way of research study. |
