| Abstract: | It deseribes the necessity of integrationg S&T resource in high institutions and analyzes the problems in their transformation. Then it puts forward some suggestions on the basic idea of integrating S&T resources in high institutions,whole framework and mode,etc. It gives a case study on the bace of S&T resources of Liao Ning universities. |
