| 摘 要： | 2001年2月28日修订实施的《中华人民共和国民族区域自治法》是在新的历史条件下坚持、完善我国民族区域自治制度,发展民族地区经济、政治、文化事业和各项社会事业的重要的基本法律。但它也存在着诸如缺少违法追究机制的设置,立法技术尚不够完善等缺陷,因此要加强我国民族区域自治法律法规体系的完善,是当前和今后一个相当长时期内的重要任务。

| Abstract: | " The Law of National Autonomy PRC" revised and implemented on Feb. 28. 2001 is one of the important laws or us to and perfect the system of national regional autonomy in China and for us to develop economic, political, cultural causes and other social undertakings in national regions. However, the above-mentioned law contains delects such as: lacking the establishment of law-violation and investigation, imperfection in legislative techniques etc. So. to perfect the system of law and regulations concerning national regional autonomy in China constitutes the important task for us to achieve now and later. |
