| 摘 要： | 由于受教育观念落后等因素的影响，目前我国高校创新能力培养环境不容乐观。本文从教学改革、思想道德教育、教育观念、师资队伍建设、评价体系和校园氛围等六方面出发，提出了营造大学生创新能力培养环境的途径。

| Abstract: | People can＇t hold optimistic attitude to the foster environment of innovation ability of colleges and universities which result from unenlightened educational conception and etc. This article put forward approach to construct the environment of innovation ability through educational, reform, moral education, teacher-ship, educational conception, the appraise index and the atmosphere of campus. |
