| 摘 要： | 我国一向有“师道尊严”、“尊师重道”的传统，对于教师的作用与角色期待更是高，有“万世之师”之称的孔子以其诲人不倦、因材施教等高尚气节为教师作出了一个近乎“圣人”的定位。在社会转型的今天，这样的教师观显然已经不适应知识经济的要求，树立教师是“学习者”、“合作者”、“设计者”等新理念，开辟教师观的新视野成了当务之急。本文欲从我国历代理想的教师形象的回溯出发，分析这种理想境界与现实的差距，进而对如何让教师从圣坛回归到现实土壤作一个初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | China has always had the tradition of showing great respect to the teachers and, accordingly, expects much more out of the role and action of the teachers, to the extent of a sage. The development of knowledge economy requires the teachers to fit into such roles as a learner, a collaborator, or a designer, opening up a whole new vision for the teachers. |
