| 摘 要： | 从牛鞭效应的研究出发,得出有效降低其的方法就是供应链的信息共享。在众多信息中,可以有效降低牛鞭效应的信息包括销售数据信息、需求预测信息和库存信息。基于上述的信息分类,建立了概念模型,将降低牛鞭效应的供应链信息共享模式分为EPOS、E-Shopping、VMI、CF、CP和CPFR六种。

| Abstract: | Information sharing is one of the most important ways to reduce Bullwhip Effect. Among the different kind of information types,the paper introduces three of them which influence Bullwhip Effect greatly.They are sales information,forecasting and inventory information.Based on the three types of information,the paper puts forward six modes of information sharing,that is EPOS,E-Shopping,VMI,CF,CP and CPFR. |
