| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是以人为本的社会，以促进人的全面和谐发展为最终目的，人的和谐发展和素质的全面提高是和谐社会构建的基础。从构建和谐社会的实际出发，正确认识终身教育深层次的内涵及重要意义，厘清终身教育与和谐社会构建的关系，完善终身教育体系，培养和谐社会全面发展的人，提高人的整体素质，适应并促进和谐社会的发展和构建。
