| 摘 要： | 伴随我国改革开放和知识经济高速发展的伟大进程，我国教育事业取得了长足发展。终身教育、终身学习更是迎合了时代要求，获得世界各国的瞩目。社区成人教育作为终身教育的重要组成部分，正以坚实的步伐阔步向前。尽管社区成人教育取得了累累硕果，但也存在诸多发展瓶颈。因此，社区成人教育要取得更大发展，必须探寻问题产生之原因，以获改革发展之策，推动社区成人教育又好又快发展。
