| 摘 要： | 随着闲暇时间的不断增加，人们向往美好而充实的闲暇活动、但是面对闲暇时间的充裕和闲暇活动的贫乏这一矛盾，开展闲暇教育以引导人们追求和谐、个性化、健康、科学的生活方式，促进其自身的不断发展和完善是解决这一矛盾的有效方法。文章就闲暇教育的意义、居民闲暇活动状况及闲暇教育的展开做了论述。
