| 摘 要： | 农民职业教育问题是关系我国农村经济发展的关键问题，尽快开展农民职业教育立法，把农民职业教育纳入规范化和制度化的轨道，对保障农民职业教育健康发展，构建农民终身教育体系，有着非常重要意义。

| Abstract: | The problem of vocational education for peasants is the key problem concerning development of rural economy even entire national economy in our country.To carry out legislation of vocational education for peasants as soon as possible and to bring the peasant vocational education into the normalized and institutionalized orbit have important meaning to safeguard healthy development of the peasant vocational education and to construct the system of peasant lifelong education. |
