企业对高学历新员工心态培训的认知和探讨

摘    要:新员工的入职培训是企业人力资源培训体系的重要环节,使高学历人才“引得进、干得好、留得住”更是培训的重中之重。很多企业将培训重点放在岗位应用知识、技能培训上,却忽视了对新员工的心态培训,从而导致人才流失严重,培训有效性不高。文章围绕高学历新员工的心态培训展开,就心态培训的意义、内容和培训方法进行了初步探讨,便于企业通过行之有效的心态培训加快新员工组织社会化的过程,增强对企业的认同感,成为真正的企业人。
