| 摘 要： | 基于当代中国社会文化转型背景,大学治理结构不可避免地出现失衡之处,并日益受到较为理性的关注和研究。大学治理结构与文化转型期并不是两个相互独立的概念,随着社会、文化的逐步变革,二者的相关性影响着大学治理结构的发展。大学管理者应充分认识高校现实情况和发展趋势,遵循文化转型期的客观要求和基本规律,并结合当前大学治理结构存在的问题进行规范和调适,构建科学、可持续发展的现代大学治理结构。

| Abstract: | Based on the transformation of contemporary social and cultural background of China ,university governance structure inevitably appear the imbalance,and increasingly get the rational concern and deep research. It＇s not two independent concepts for university governance structure and the cultural transformation, with the transformation of society and culture,the correlation between them influences the development of university governance structure. The managements of university should fully understand the reality of situation and the trend of development,follow the objective requirements and basic law of the period of the cultural transibrmation,regulate and adjustment current university governance combine with the practical problems,try to construct the sustainable development of science for the modern university governance structure. |
