| 摘 要： | 大学教师是一种学术职业,学术晋升是大学教师学术能力得到学术共同体认可的重要标志。目前,学术界对于大学教师职业晋升的影响因素特别是个人因素方面的定量研究相对较少。利用T大学的教师晋升数据,运用定量分析的方法研究个人因素与制度因素如何影响大学教师的职业发展。研究发现:教师职业晋升速度存在性别、年龄、学科等方面的差异。

| Abstract: | As a kind of academic profession, University facirlty＇s 6dteer development affects the development of university. In the research field of faculty＇s academic professi6tl development,few studies have been made to influencing factors of promotion,especially quantitative Studies of personal factors. Through quantitative analysis on the promotion data from ＂T＂ University,we try to indicate how personal and systematic factors affect university facuhy＇s career development. Results have showed that faculty＇s career development differs in sex,age and discipline. |
