| 摘 要： | 因特网作为现代信息技术的集中体现 ,它的出现和长足发展正在或将要对人类生活世界产生深刻的影响。网络技术对社会生活影响研究也成了一个颇具现代性或后现代性的论域。本文从哲学与社会学的角度出发 ,梳理和分析了目前学术界所作的网络社会效果或影响程度的诸多研究 ,提出因特网对社会生活的影响是有限的论点 ,认为这是克服信息技术决定论和悲观论的双重影响焦虑状态的理性选择

| Abstract: | The appearance and rapid development of the Internet,the very embodiment of modern information technology,is affecting and will continue to affect profoundly the world of human life,and the study of this effect has become a fairly modern and even post-modern area of inquiry.Taking a philosophical and sociological perspective,this paper reviews and analyzes various scholarly studies that have been produced on the Internet's effect on social life and the extent of this effect,and proposes that the extent of this effect is limited.It is argued that the view presented here is rational as an attempt to overcome the anxiety resulting from a conflict between technological determinism and pessimism with regard to the information technology. |
