| 摘 要： | 阐明人力资本作为新型经济学生产要素对经济发展的推动作用,指出人力资本和人力资源管理在经济发展中的关键地位。并且,借助东西方发达国家人力资源管理存在的差异对于企业发展的影响以及成功企业的人力资源管理实践经验,提出我国在人力资源管理方面的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper set out the role in promoting economic development of the human capital as the new economics production factor,pointed out the key position of the human capital and human resources management in economic development, then,by means of affection on the enterprises development because of the differences of human resources management in the eastern and western developed countries and haman resource management practices and experiences in the development of successful enterprises , and made proposals in the human resources management for the Chinese enterprises. |
