| Abstract: | Hotel＇s core rigidity is the other side of the hotel＇s core competence. The theory of complex adaptive system can analyze things with complex natures in a dynamic perspective. This paper has researched the evolution mechanism of hotel＇s core rigidities by using the theory of complex adaptive systems. In the end, the paper concluded some concrete measures which can overcome hotel core rigidities. |
