| 摘 要： | 从中小高新技术企业的角度出发,把企业与金融机构之间的关系视为企业的无形资产,利用期权定价方法建立了关系型融资的价值模型,对中小高新技术企业的关系型融资的价值大小进行了分析。通过关系型融资的价值模型,发现中小高新技术企业保持与银行的关系,其潜在价值在于能够为企业带来更大的投资回报和更多的贷款额,有利于解决中小高新技术企业的融资困境问题。

| Abstract: | This paper uses an option pricing methods to establish the value model of relationship financing and analyzes the value of relationship financing about high-tech SMEs.The relationship between enterprises and financial institutions is regarded as the intangible assets by the value model of relationship financing.Result shows that maintaining the relationship with the bank could bring a greater return on investment and a greater amount of loans for the high-tech SMEs,which could help the high-tech SMEs to solve the financing difficulties. |
