摘    要:以郑州市部分产业集群为研究样本,通过构建以企业竞争合作行为为自变量,以集群创新为调节变量,以集群可持续发展为因变量的假设模型,揭示其路径关系。结果表明:企业竞争合作行为对集群创新、集群可持续发展有显著的正向影响,这反映了良好的企业竞争合作行为、持久的集群创新能力在实现集群可持续发展过程中具有积极的意义,企业之间可以通过建立动态竞争的创新协作关系实现集群的可持续发展。

Abstract:This paper builds the hypothetical model which an enterprise competitive cooperative behavior is as the independent variable,the cluster innovation is as regulation variable,and the cluster sustainable development is as dependent variable,and part of the industrial clusters in Zhengzhou city are for the study sample to reveal the path relations.Result shows that: corporate competition in cooperative behavior has a significant positive impact on cluster innovation and the cluster of sustainable development,which reflects the capabilities of good corporate competitive cooperative behavior and long-lasting cluster innovation have a positive meaning in the process of achieving the sustainable development of cluster,by creating innovative and collaborative relationships with dynamic competition between enterprises can achieve the sustainable development of cluster.
