| 摘 要： | 文章以数学形态学为基础，利用C Builder语言编程，通过对一幅钢筋图像进行处理与分析，实现了数字图像滤波器，并利用该滤波器对钢筋数目进行了统计，取得了满意的结果，具有一定的实用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper, digital image wave filter is realized according to Mathematical Morphology by C + + Builder language programming. Disposing and analyzing an image of reinforcing steel bars, computing the numbers of the bars by applying the filter prove satisfactory and practical. |
