对企业人本管理基本模式的哲学解析

摘    要:人本管理归结到一点就是充分地尊重人,确认人的主体性。管理激励、员工参与和民主管理、企业文化建设是企业人本管理基本的实践表现。从哲学上看,企业人本管理的基本模式实质上就是:通过激励以协调满足需要与开发潜能的辩证关系;用员工参与和民主管理来张扬主体性理念;进行企业文化建设,从价值观上引导和凝聚人心。

Abstract:The people-oriented management can really boil down to this: that is to respect fully peoples,and,to confirm the subjective of the people.The practice performances of The people-oriented management in the enterprises involve various forms.They are the motivation in the people-oriented management,the employees' participation or the democratic management and the enterprise cultural construction.Seen from Philosophy perspective,the basal modes of the human-oriented management in enterprises,in essentially,is to coordinate the dialectic relations between meeting the demands of the employees and developing their potency,is to publicize the logos of human subjectivity by using the way of the employees' participation and the democratic management,is to lead and agglomerate the will of the employees from their value by constructing the enterprise culture.
