| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、比较和逻辑推理等研究方法，分析国外体育管理专业形成和发展的历史，指出国内体育管理专业发展历程中所出现的问题。认为，应加强专业培养与职业联系，完善我国体育管理专业发展组织结构，重视志愿者活动与实习等环节。

| Abstract: | Using the research methods of literature, comparison, logical reasoning and so on, the present paper has analyzed the history of formation and development of the sports management specialty of foreign countries, and pointed out some problems appearing in the developmental course of the domestic sports management specialty. It holds that the connection of specialty training to profession must be strengthened, the organizational structure of the development of sports management specialty in our country must be perfected and the links such as volunteers activities, practice and so forth must be thought highly. |
