| 摘 要： | 为了更好地为教学和科研服务,学术图书馆必须有效地应对许多来自前沿领域的快速变革。为了适应这些断裂性的快速变革(或者称为剧变),学术图书馆必须调整战略部署,转型组织结构,加强内部管理。本文重点陈述了新加坡南洋理工大学图书馆在应对剧变时的一些实践经验。
