体育差异教学的误区与匡正

摘    要:学生的个体差异是体育教学中必须面对的。差异教学中既要正视差异,体现教学平等,又要正确地对待差异和改变差异,在确保所有学生达到基本的统一学习目标的基础上,使个体特长得到发挥。但过去的分层教学、体能分组教学、专项分组教学以及个别教学,都存在各种各样的消极因素。合理利用显性分组与隐性分层相结合的策略以及小组合作学习策略可以有效地解决体育教学中的个体差异问题,体现差异教学的理念。

Abstract:The difference among students is inevitable in physical education.The differentiated teaching should not only acknowledge the difference and ensure the equality in teaching,but also properly deal with and alter the differences,in order to guarantee that the individual specialty can be exploited while making sure that all of the students can realize the basic unified goals.In the past,the layered teaching,stamina-based group teaching,event-based group teaching and individual teaching all carried various negative factors.However,the strategy of combining the dominant grouping with recessive layering,and the strategy of cooperation among groups,can be effective in addressing the issue of personal differences in physical education,to fully embody the concept of differentiated teaching.
