多元智力理论:呼唤教师角色转变

摘    要:分析了加德纳多元智力理论的内涵,以及对教师角色转换的意义,具体指出了多元智力理论下教师角色转化的两种形式和静态角色之变,指出研究教师角色变化并重新定位,对教育教学有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:The connotation of Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligence and the theory 's guiding signifi cance for the transformation of a teacher's role are discussed. It is concluded that the transformation of a teacher's role is of vital significance to the cause of education. Tw compliance with the Theory of Multiple Intelligence are o specific forms of the transformation of a teacher's role in suggested: the silent one -- the updating of ideas; the dynamic one -- the change of behavior.
