集体类竞技体育项目的有氧体能训练

摘    要:集体类竞技体育项目运动员需要发展有氧适能,维持重复性大强度运动和机体充分恢复能力。通过合理的有氧体能训练可获得有氧适应,传统和专项体能训练均可维持有氧功能。尽管进行多年的研究,但由于研究的方法及对数据的分析存在差异,对有氧耐力训练提高体育运动项目中多次、大强度、短距离跑运动能力生理上的认识仍存在不足。各种训练的策略和促进机能提高训练方法的效果需要进一步研究。
