摘    要:基于互惠理论,通过对教练员与科研人员合作的博弈分析,发现是互惠的合作引导出他们间的信任,互惠也是信任发展的持久动力,长久的合作机会是信任发展的保障,信任与合作相互促进,最终能使人们从关注自己利益最大化的理性行为转变为相互为对方考虑的非理性行为,进而实现整体利益最大化,使合作富有成效,同时个人的利益也得以最大程度实现。

Abstract:Based on mutually beneficial theory, through the strategy analysis of cooperation between coaches and researchers, we found that it is the mutually beneficial cooperation that leads to the trust between them. Mutually beneficial cooperation is the lasting motive force of developing the trust and the permanent cooperative chance is the guarantee of it. Trust and cooperate promoting mutually can finally make people change their rational behavior of paying close attention to one's own interests maximizing into unrational behavior that consider for each other, and then have the whole interests maximizing realized, make cooperation fruitful , at the same time have personal interests realized to the greatest extent.
