摘 要: | 该文分析了当前大数据背景下汽车智能制造专业群"双师型"教师队伍联动的必要性,提出建立双师型教师队伍的联动机制和联动模式,要求加强汽车智能制造课程改革,建立联动的双师型人才培养体系,建立校企合作方式,并提出汽车智能制造专业群"双师型"教师队伍的评价与激励机制,由此为"双师型"教师人才培养提供一定的参考。

Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessity of the linkage of the"dual-qualification"teacher team of the intelligent automotive manufacturing specialty group under the current big data background,proposes the establishment of a linkage mechanism and model for the"dual-qualification"teacher team,requires strengthening the curriculum reform of intelligent automotive manufacturing,establishing a linked"dual-qualification"talent training system and a school-enterprise cooperation method,and proposes an evaluation and incentive mechanism for the"dual-qualification"teacher team of the intelligent automotive manufacturing specialty group,in order to provide certain reference for the training of"dual-qualification"teachers. |
