| 摘 要： | 新冠肺炎疫情属于应激性危机事件,造成了全社会的停工停产、国民恐慌,人们社交受限,情绪消极。对居家学习生活的大学生的心理健康也产生了严重的负面影响。该文基于团体心理辅导技术,借助新媒体平台,设计了生命教育、情绪调适和社会支持三个教学主题,探索疫情背景下加强大学生心理健康教育的路径。学生反馈参与度高、体验丰富,对生命的理解更加深刻,通过团体作用和朋辈效应,学生学会了调用自身的社会支持系统,自身不良情绪得到有效改善和疏解,收获颇多。

Exploration on the Path to Strengthen the Mental Health Education of College Students under the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic |

| Abstract: | The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is a stressful crisis event,which has caused national suspension of work and production,national panic,social restriction,and negative emotions.At the same time,it has also had a serious impact on the mental health of college students who study and live at home.Based on the technology of group psychological counseling and the new media platform,this paper designs three teaching themes of life education,emotional adjustment and social support,and explores the path strengthen the mental health education of college students in the context of the epidemic.Students said that they have a high degree of participation and rich experience,and they also develop a deeper understanding of life.Through group role and peer effect,students can learn to use their own social support system to effectively arrange and relieve their negative emotions,so that they can gain a lot. |
