| 摘 要： | 随着国家医药卫生政策改革的深入、医药行业企业的更新发展以及公共卫生健康需求的提升,重理论技能型的传统药学教育培养模式培养出来的药学人才已经无法满足社会发展的需要,培养具有药学服务技能、适应社会需求的高素质药学专业人才是高职药学教育发展的必然趋势。该文总结了高职院校在药学人才培养方面取得的经验和成效,分析了现有培养方式在药学人才服务技能提升培养中存在的问题,通过理论分析及总结归纳,根据社会发展需求,从药学专业课程设置、课时设置、教学内容改革和教学设计等方面提出了高职院校药学专业人才药学服务技能提升的方式方法。

Discussion on the Training of Pharmaceutical Service Skills of Pharmacy Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of Social Demand |

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform of the national medical and health policy,the renewal and development of the pharmaceutical industry and the improvement of public health needs,the traditional pharmacy education that emphasizes theoretical skills can no longer meet the needs of social development,and the cultivation of high-quality pharmacy majors with pharmaceutical service skills and meeting social needs has become an inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational pharmacy education.This paper summarizes the experience and effect of achieved in the cultivation of pharmacy majors in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems existing in the current training methods,and through theoretical analysis and summarization,according to the needs of social development,proposes methods to improve the pharmaceutical skills of pharmacy majors in in higher vocational colleges from the curriculum arrangement,class hour arrangement,teaching content reform,and teaching design of the pharmacy major. |
