摘    要:分析市场营销专业在供需两旺的表象下,毕业生就业的现实尴尬状况,探讨了造成这种状况的原因,主要表现在市场营销人才培养模式的注重技巧,缺乏相关专业知识、课程设置类同,缺少特色等。同时也提出了市场营销人才应强化工科背景知识,特别是在课程设置、课程实践及师资配备等引入工科的内容,以培养出社会需要的市场营销的人才。
