| 摘 要： | 学生干部在学校各项管理工作中所发挥的作用决定了高校必须注重对学生干部的选拔任用与培养教育工作;选拔学生干部的标准必须坚持品学兼优、德才兼备的原则。确定任用学生干部必须遵循科学的程序;学生干部的培养要坚持理论联系实际的方法;学生干部的管理要有配套的制度、完善的机制。
