| 摘 要： | 高校学生党建工作直接关系党组织的凝聚力、战斗力，是当前高校面临的一项重要任务。通过对湖南省四所高等院校的学生党建工作进行调查，发现在思想、组织、作风等方面存在一些不可忽视的倾向性问题必须建立科学的学生党建工作理念，严格制度，加强工作的针对性和高校基层党务工作队伍建设。
