| 摘 要： | 公路作为国民经济建设的基础设施,给国民的出行带来了很大的便利,推动了沿线产业的发展。公路系统在给国民生活带来巨大变革的同时,其建设过程中及通车运营期间,对通过区域的环境产生强大而持久的影响。通过从自然与社会组成的大环境着眼,综合考虑公路建设的环境效益和社会效益,并进行减缓工程活动对环境不良影响的对策研究。

| Abstract: | As national economy infrastructure,highway brings great convenience to national travel and promotes the development of industry along the railway.Although the highway system produces tremendous change of national life,it exercises strong and durable influence over regional environment.According to the perspective of the overall situation founded by natural and social systems,working in environment benefits and social benefits of highway construction,some effective strategies dedicating to alleviating adverse effect produced by engineering activities are raised. |
